Design: Samsung has been a leader in terms of Mobile Phone designs for very long time since Samsung D600 and other similar models but then Apple came with its iPhone and stole the crown.

Samsung Omnia’s Display is 3.2 inches, which is big enough and quite comparable to Apple iPhone and it offers good image quality. It has 2 buttons on the front along with an optical mouse. There are more buttons on top, right and left side of the phone.

Samsung Omnia has quite high specifications which you would expect for a SmartPhone. It is a Quad band mobile phone which essentially means its a world phone and can operate on 4 differenr frequencies enabling it operate anywhere in the world. It has also got all the upto date technologies including 3G, GPRS, Edge and Wi Fi giving it top speed connections. A built in GPS reciever makes it work like a GPS device. It has 8GB of internal memory and a memory slot for additional memory of upto 8 GB. It has a decent battery life with standby time of 500 hours and talk time of 5 hours 50 minutes. It uses Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and also has Pocket Office which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, PDF viewer.

Samsung Omnia is not only a phone but it has also got a massive camera of 5 megapixel with additional functions including AutoFocus, Flash and many other options that you usually find in a stand alone Digital camera. Samsung Omnia camera is very impressive and if you are moving about and not carrying your high quality Camera, its own camera is a very good alternative. camera interface is very nice and can be used with fingers very easily. Its speed is very good and not sliggish like other usual Phone cameras.

yeah, thats right! samsung Omnia has got an inbuilt radio. Omnia offers a very simple to use inbuilt radio that enables you to store upto 6 frequencies and moreover… You can record what you are listening to, is it great or what?
Samsung Omnia Multimedia Review
Samsung Omnia mobile phone enables you to listen to Mp3, view images, create albums and play videos including Divx and MPEG4 Videos. Again the interface is very user friendly and quality very high. It has also got a Video editor that enables you to edit the videos that you record with camera. You can add subtitles etc with the editor.
Samsung Omnia GPS Review
Samsung Omnia has an inbuilt GPS reciever which enables it to work as a GPS device. It comes with preloaded Google Maps and you can get directions if you want to reach from point 1 to point 2, but it obviously requires internet connection to access Google Maps for that function. The risk is that if you lose connection in midway then you are lost. So might not want to risk and buy additional software from TomTom.
Overall Impression of Samsung Omnia

On other reviews, it has images took with the camera, and I have to say, its pretty impressive to have on a phone.
